Indoor Climate Ashrae 160 WufiPro vs. Wufi 2D

Post by Schnell_MBBM » Wed Oct 08, 2014 12:49 am -1100

Hi Forum,

I realised, that the Relative Humidity in Ashrae 160 indoor climate Condition is different in WufiPro and in Wufi 2D.

In WufiPro the Rel.Hum does not exceed 70% in Wufi 2D the humidity reaches 90% (see also attached picture).
Can anyone tell me the reason for this difference? is it a Bug?

No, thats no bug, that are two different versions of the model.
We changed the model in the last WUFI Pro update to include some changes in the ASHREA Standard. This is not yet implemented in WUFI 2D.

Meanwhile, if you like to use the data from WUFI Pro in WUFI 2D you can export them and generate an indoor climate using CreateClimateFile.xls in your WUFI tools folder.

Hello Schnell_MBBM,

I rechecked that. This issue should be implemented in the last version of WUFI 2D 3.4.2. It was released in July.
Please update. Use for that the link you got with the license key email.

Regards,
Christian
