WUFI cannot read an external file anymore
Dear Sir/Madam I load an external file of heating/cooling/dehumidification capacity to the calculation case. But It does not work. When I begin the calculation, the software shutdown. When I open it again, it does the calculation but the calculation result is unreasonable. When I output the dehumidi...

Re: If it possible to output the transport coefficient used in the calculation
Dear Thomas
Thank you so much, it helped me a lot. But I have another question: Is it means when I am calculating the moisture flux between two grid elements, the liquid transport coefficient is dependent on the average water content of the two grid elements?
Best regards
Yuan

If it possible to output the transport coefficient used in the calculation
Hi, thank you for your attention. I was using WUFI Pro to calculate moisture transfer in ALC. I input the measured water content of ALC (6 points) and for the heat and moisture conductivity, I use the default value in WUFI. I know that WUFI use interpolation method to give Dww and water content in t...

output an initial condition-or-continue last calculation
I was calculating hygrothmeral behavior of the ground, and it needs a long time to heat up. So I was wondering is it possible to output the temperature distribution results at the final stage, and then input it as an initial calculation in a new calculation?
Thank you so much!
Thank you so much!

3D-objects
Hello I have a question about wufi 3d-object. I want to use 3D-objects to simulate an ungergroud building hygrothermal. However, WUFI wifi film about 3d-objects is not avaible anymore. I search on the internet and read WUFI help but cannot find more information about how to built a 3D-objects. I am ...

Re: Climate data and undergroud calculation
Thank you so much for your kind help. Below is the screenshot about the climate error. I notice there is a 3D-objects but I can not understand the relationship between “3d-object” model and the main “building” model. They are 2 separated models. If I want to simulate underground room heat transport,...

Climate data and undergroud calculation
Hello I was a user of WUFI PLUS. I applied for a student license and I have two questions about it. The first question is a installation question. I installed WUFI on Windows 7 and Windows 10, but when I choose a climate data in Europe, it shows climate error when I choose a climate in Japan, it sho...

Re: Is it possible to decide and know which liquid transfer coefficient (suction & redistribution) is used in WUFI calcu
Dear Lu, with constant boundary conditions only the redistribution is used for calculation. Speed will depend on the transfer coefficients of the boundary, diffusion/transport coefficient of you material, and also on the water content. Without more information I can not tell, if you did it properly...

Re: Is it possible to decide and know which liquid transfer coefficient (suction & redistribution) is used in WUFI calcu
Dear Lu, WUFI uses two liquid transfer coefficients (suction & redistribution) and as you wrote it is switched using the rain in the boundary condition. To use a different one you would have to change the coefficients in the material data. In WUFI light it is not possible to edit material data ...

Is it possible to decide and know which liquid transfer coefficient (suction & redistribution) is used in WUFI calculati
Hello~ Thank you for your attemtion. I wrote a Fortran programme use WUFI equation to solve an 1D question (with initial condition are temperature 10C and rh 0.6 and constant indoor and outdoor temperature 10 C and relative humidity 0.6, 0.8 ). I use different liquid transfer coefficient(suction &am...
