Post Processor very small text.

On the post-processor modules, e.g. VTT, BIO, COR, the text is very small and difficult to read. Has anyone else experienced this problem and have an answer?

Suspended floor over open crawlspace.

I am trying to model a wood framed floor in a historic building that is above a open crawlspace. The floor consists of Harwood flooring, rosin paper, wood plank sheeting, and 2x10 wood joist framing. This have a 2' crawl space open on all sides. We have set the inclination to 0 degrees, set shortwav...

Orientation in WUFI 6.5 (6.5.2.2298)

I am analyzing a building with a 45 degree orientation to true north in Baltimore, Maryland. Thereby I am analyzing Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest wall orientations. All the results coming from the 4 directions are identical. I have checked the orientation repeatedly and they are all...

Re: The AVI Output is no longer working on 6.4

This morning it seems to be working. The window that opens defining the frames per second, period of AVI output, etc. was not appearing. Thereby the output file had zero size. I have had this issue with WUFI before and I think it has something to do with running on 2 monitors. When I changed it from...

Re: Perm Rating Lead Based Paint

Unfortunately it has been illegal in the USA to install lead based paint since 1978. The client doesn't want to remove it because it requires environmental cleanup (abatement.)

Perm Rating Lead Based Paint

On one of our projects the client (governmental) has decided they don't want to remove existing plaster on the exterior wall and insulate over the top and apply a new interior finish. Does anyone have any idea what the permeability of lead based paint is?

Indoor Climate - User Defined 162 Mean Temperature

I am trying to use a User Defined Indoor Climate under the Sine Curves. I set the Mean Temperature at 72 degrees F with a 3 degree Amplitude. When I run the simulation it changes the indoor Mean Value to 162 degrees F and and Amplitude to 5.4 degrees F. I change it back to rerun and it changes it ag...

I am trying to model a roof assembly using slate shingle roofing. The assembly is slate on air space on alphalt imprgenated felt on 1" nominal spruce planking. The permeability of the slate is very low, however there is significant gaps between the slates to say the air space behind is ventilat...
