I have just changed the orientation but there is still no difference in the moisture content. Any other ideas?

I have enabled the adaptive time step control but the error is still appearing. Saying the sources overlap.
I have put in a moisture source through the exterior finish and the brick masonry, is this the wrong method?

Could someone please tell me what the necessary changes are to the properties of a cavity wall which would have been exposed to weathering for say 20 years? I know the moisture content for example would increase but to what degree?
This is for my dissertation so any help would be great
