Could anyone give be some guidance on how to simulate a cavity wall which has been retrofitted with insulation? I have already run an assembly with a moisture source through the exterior with a 1% driving rain factor but i'm seeing little difference when the moisture source isn't present. Any help w...

Wall properties for 20 year old house
Could someone please tell me what the necessary changes are to the properties of a cavity wall which would have been exposed to weathering for say 20 years? I know the moisture content for example would increase but to what degree?
