It looks like I may have found the culprit. There must be some argument between the Wufi software and Matrox software. It doesn't seem that was the answer either. The report window is still unresponsive.

After running a calculation in Wufi Pro 5.3, and selecting Output--> Report, the report window appears, but is unresponsive.
