In WUFI PASSIVE V3.0.3.0, there is no longer an option to enter "side spacing" for window overhangs. Depth and vertical distance above opening are the only parameters available. I have a need to enter side spacing. Is there a workaround for this or will it be fixed?
Thanks,
-Russ

Re: Movies
I think I found a calculation error in the Treated Floor Area Movie. See the attached screenshots. It looks like the stairs were not included in the total for first floor area and second floor area, and in addition the area for the stairs was also subtracted from each floor. So the stair area was in...

Re: Movies
Hi Bruce and Matthias,
I'm having the same trouble with movies. Can't stop them or rewind. There is no timeline at the bottom of the screen and I've tried zooming out and also checked that I have the current adobe flash player. Any other suggestions?

U-value OR R-value of slab on grade in WUFI-Passive 3.0
I'm wondering if we are supposed to enter U-value or R-value for the "U-value of slab on grade" box under Foundation Interface. When I enter larger numbers for "U-value" the performance of the building in terms of Heating demand decreases. I would expect it to be the opposite sin...

importing gbxml files
Is anyone successfully importing gbxml files from Revit to WUFI-Passive? We use Revit in our office and I'm wondering if it's worth trying to use it to export gbxml files and then import them into WUFI-Passive. We are currently recreating building models in SketchUp and exporting building geometry f...

Problem with vertical subdivisions in WUFI Passive Manual Example
I'm working through the Example Case in the WUFI Passive 3.0 Manual. When I get to the vertical subdivision of a layer to use for exchange material (page 146) I find that I cannot create subdivisions that match the example. When I enter the vertical subdivisions of .04 and .36 meters the vertical to...
