Hello,
please go to assembly, there on the left side choose to Edit the assembly by table and for the table subdivision choose Monitor positions. Doing this you get a table with the monitor positions. Check if there are two monitors on one position. Delete one of them and recalculate. If this doesn´t work, try to delete all monitor positions out of the table, change back to Graph view, replace the monitors and recalculate. The it should work.
