I was told that dividing the water content of the OSB in lbs/cf by the mass density would provide a measure of the pass/fail of the OSB. If the product was above 20% then there was too much moisture in the OSB. Who has published that standard and how can I find the publication?

This is described in the german standard DIN 68800. Wooden based materials should not exceed a maximum water content. But this is depending on the classification so this maximum water content is from 15 to 21 mass percent.

Charles- the Working Draft Standard 160P by ASHRAE has a great section; 6 Moisture Performance Valuation Criteria that addresses mold growth and while these limits would be a bit (4%) lower than wood destroying fungi, it is a great place to start and fits well with the WUFI outputs. You may need to dump your WUFI data into excel or the like to calculate 24-h, 7 day, and 30 day averages but it makes a very useful tool to evaluate your results.
