Can't unlock materials

I'm not sure if this an installation issue or not, but i am unable to unlock or create my own materials. Everything is greyed out and clicking the lock button doesn't do anything.

I'm running Windows 7 and I am running as a user, not administrator.

Hello Jeff,
probably you are using Wufi Light or Wufi ORNL? This versions are for testing the software and are a little bit limited in the functionality. It is not possible to change the material properties in there.
