I'd like to add an interior paint coating to a wall assembly but can't find the material data in the database (WUFI Pro5.1).
Benjamin Moore's product is "Super Spec" prmer with a perm of 0.5 at 1 mil thick.
Glidden paint's comperable product is stated to be: .6 perm at 1.5 mil thick.
I've read genralizations that vapor retarder paints offer a .45 perm rating.
So my question is, what data do I enter into the material database?..
Do I only worry about permenace?.. what value should I use.?
or..Is there a product already in the database I'm not seing.?.
Thanks.
