Hello:
I have a question for "How to read Solar Radiation Distribution Graph in WUFI" which is in the attachment.
What's the meaning of 30,60,90 degree? Can you explain the detail if possible?
Thank you!

Hi Alina0826,
this is explained in WUFI's help system:
"The radiation rose shows the yearly sums of global radiation, as incident on receiving surfaces with different orientations and inclinations. For multi-year data sets, the mean yearly energy sums are shown.
The different orientations are indicated along the circumference; the inclination increases from the center (horizontal surface, flat roof) towards the edge (vertical surface, facade).
The radiation incident on non-horizontal surfaces includes a component which has been reflected by the ground. For the computation of the radiation rose, a terrestrial short-wave absorptivity of 0.2 has been assumed."
Bye,
Thomas

Hello Manfred and Thomas:
Thanks for your reply!
Actually I checked the WUFI help before.
The reason for this question is I want to confirm my understanding of the principle of this graph.
Thanks again, guys!
