WUFI

Hi, I'm trying to import a multi-family building sketchup model into WUFI Passive and I keep getting this error message before WUFI just crashes and shuts down. "WUFI Plus has stopped working" it gets to about 600/2957.

Could it be the sketchup model is too complex? It is a fairly basic box with flat windows, window shades, walls, roof, and slab on grade. See attached image for an idea of what it looks like.

Thoughts and help are greatly appreciated as this is under a deadline...

Hi there,

I wonder if you could simplify the shading devices to a single plane. They appear 3D in the screenshot. I've also found that shading reference planes are best not actually attached to the building, too.
