"Cooling load was calculated less than zero" error

Hi everyone,
My model outputted results that met PHIUS+ 2015 however, displayed an error "Cooling load was calculated less than zero". However, there was a annual cooling demand outputted (0.1kBTU/ft2yr)
The climate is Truckee, CA (ASHRAE CZ 6). If I change the weather file to say Jacksonville Florida, a cooling load is calculated.
Screenshot of Truckee CA is attached.
A couple of things I tried is modifying the envelope (modify transmission gains) and varied ventilation losses (air tightness) but it didn't help.
Any ideas would be much appreciated!!
Update: putting the natural ventilation to 0ACH resulted in a cooling load of 0.88, would that mean that natural ventilation is sufficient to cool the home thus no cooling load determined?
