WUFI

Hello,

I have to post-process the results obtained through Wufi 2D with MATLAB.
I looked at this old topic:

I tried to follow the hints listed there, but I'm having troubles running the java script, maybe because it was made with an old version of java.
I'm wondering if there is an updated version of the java script or a different procedure to follow.

Hi Andrea,
we changed the file format with WUFI 2D 4. That may be the reason why the old code is not working any longer.
The new file format is hdf5. There should be modules to read them in Matlab.
If you find a way, please share your experiences over here.
