Multi-Family Systems - DHW and Heat Pumps

I have a multifamily project with three zones.
Each zone will have its own Hot Water Heater. How do I properly add multiple devices?
Each zone will also have 2 interior heat pump units and an exterior unit. What is the best way to enter this?

Is each water heater the exact same specification or are they each different?

Same question on the EXTERIOR heat pump units...
