Is it possible to export profiles through command line?

I can export courses via -v command but I also require the temperature and moisture profiles to feed into the following model as an input.

Any way to automate this without having to open WUFI to export them after each simulation?

no, that is not possible at the moment.
Only way is via user interface.
But I will add that to our wishlist for future versions.
