WUFI cannot read an external file anymore

Dear Sir/Madam
I load an external file of heating/cooling/dehumidification capacity to the calculation case. But It does not work.
When I begin the calculation, the software shutdown. When I open it again, it does the calculation but the calculation result is unreasonable. When I output the dehumidification value, I find they are 0.
I reinstalled the software and changed to another computer, but it does not work.
I attached the screenshot to show how I load an external file.
Is it the limitation of a student licence?
I would be grateful if you please help me with that problem.
