Excel export not working WUFI Plus 3.3.0.2

Hello,
I recently reinstalled WUFI Plus on my laptop to extend the licence for a further 6 months. I am usually sent the 3.2.0 installation file and licence. But this time I was sent the 3.3.0.2 installation file and licence. I have installed it and licenced it successfully. But when I click on the 'Excel Export' button to export the simulation results to Excel, the 'Export progress...' window does not open nor is the Excel file created as it used to before. Please help.
