Moisture source

Hi,

I am modeling an exterior wall structure with brick façade and a 40mm ventilated air gap, where I have set the ventilation rate to 10 air changes per hour (ACH). The idea is to compare the effect of different brick and mortar combinations on the penetration of oblique rain. In reality, some water penetrates through the brick façade, and approximately 1% of it reaches the first surface it encounters. How can I simulate this as realistically as possible? Should I create a moisture source on the surface of the windproofing board, and if so, what parameters should I use?

I will attach an image of the structure for reference.

Thank you.

Hi Mikael,
the intruding rain can be expressed by a source, but you have to place it into the material which should absorb the rain.
For more information about how to place the source see here:
