Post processing of the results obtained from WUFI Plus in Wufi Bio

I am unable to analyze the results obtained with WUFI Plus in WUFI Bio.

In WUFI Plus, I selected the “Retain calculation results” option for the various components and, subsequently, I exported the movie-file in the .avi-format which is opened in the Extended animation-tool.
In the Extended animation-tool I can see the movie correctly, however, when I try to start the WUFI Bio add-on, it does not start.

I also tried starting WUFI Bio separately, and importing the movie and other files in other formats (such as ASC), but WUFI Bio doesn't open any of these files, it remains blank, and no analysis is performed.

How can I solve the problem?
