Temperature and heat flux on external surface

Hello,
I'm a master student, and I'm using Wufi 3D Plus. To understand whitch kind of calculation Wufi does, I create a box with walls composed by one material chosen from standard database.
I'm checking the results about heat flux and temperature in the components (envelope wall), and I have a doubt: why the temperature on the external surface is the same for every exposure? Shouldn't be different according to the exposure?
I read on FAQ that the heat flux is the combination of the heat flux through the component and the contribution of the solar radiation, did I have understand well? So, also the flux should be different according to the exposure. In my simulation the heat flux is the same for every exposure.
Could you help to solve my problem? It could be very importan for the development of my master thesis!
Thanks in advance,
Tiziana
