first of all thanks for your help.
based on some papers and field measurements,I found out that surface temperature of roof during snow covering is around 0°C .and i want to use this temperature to model it to see effect of snow on hygrothermal behavior of roof.
so how can i define 0°C as a roof surface temperature when we have precipitation while outside temperature is lower than 0°C (snow) .

Hello Malimog,
you have to generate a new climate file. For that use the xls-sheet CreateClimateFile.xls in your tools folder. Export the temperature settings on the surface of your roof and set the outside temperature to 0°C during the time the temperature is 0° or lower. Easiest way will be to create a file only with surface temperature and the existing outside humidity. Then you use that file for calculating the roof again. For the heat transfer resistance use 0.
