Hardcore and Blinding

Hi for modelling ground floor slabs is there any point in modelling the hardcore and blinding assuming it is beneath the radon barrier i.e. outside the hygro envelope?

I am looking at a concret slab with 400 - 500 mm of EPS insulation and then a radon barrier.

I am using the 500 mm reference data from Holzkirchen as suggested by Manfred.
