faulse results

Post by Wirbel »

Hi,

I am new on Wufi 2D and for every configurations I tested I have some results which are completely impossibles : my temperature in the wall is over 60°C (sometimes 100°C !) although it is 10°C on the oustside and 20°C on the inside...
I tried to simulate the same simple wall both on Wufi 1D and Wufi 2D and my results are very different, with always the same abberrant results on Wufi 2D.

I can't understand which parameters are wrong in my 2D simulation. Do you have any ideas ? Can you help me ? I am sure I am missing something stupid but I can't see what...

Thank you very much,
veitner

Hi,

did you set the heat transfer coefficient?

That's it, I knew it was a stupid mistake !
Being too fast, I did like in Wufi 1D and I put the thermal resistance in spite of the thermal transmission.
It works well now thanks a lot.
