Error External Exception C000001D

In Sept 2013, downloaded and installed WUFI ORNL 5.2 (version 5.2.0.972.DB.24.76). Computer is running Windows XP Pro SP3, logged in as an Administrator.

Successfully can open WUFI application and enter most inputs. However, climate pages (outdoor and indoor) are only partly functional, return error code. Cannot run calculation with film.

Please advise.

when does this exception messge show up? Already when you switch to climate tab?

Processor is AMD Athlon XP 2500+ 1.83 GHz, 480 MB RAM

In case you encounter similiar problems using outdated hardware (processor does not fully support sse2 instructions) you can use the attached version of a less performant climate library (for WUFI 5.2 and 5.3 only). Just replace the installed version by this one (administrative privileges are required).
