Is it possible to somehow change the wavelength of the "user defined sine curves" to be less than a year?
I want to have a sine curve with a wavelength of 24 hours.

No, thats not possible. You'll need to create your own data file using createclimate.xls or similiar

In the Program directory C:\Program Files (x86)\WUFI\Tools you will find a file called CreateClimateFile.xls. With that it is possible to create your own climates.
