file created under WUFI Pro 5.2 won't open with WUFI 5.3?

I recently moved my WUFI program to a newer computer, accomplishing this by downloading the most current version of WUFI on my new computer.

I have two files (one for a roof and one for a wall on the same building) created at just about the same time; the wall WUFI file opens fine with 5.3 but the roof file won't open, giving the screen that I have attached as a screenshot.

Any suggestions?

Hello Peter,

Wufi ORNL can not open projects created by Wufi Pro. To gain access to your old projects please reinstall WUFI with your Pro-license. If you do not find it feel free to pm/contact me.

Aaargh -

I was trying to figure out how to install my WUFI Pro 5.2 to a new PC when using my license it is already installed on an older PC, and WUFI support gave me access to WUFI ORNL 5.3 when I asked about doing the re-install of my WUFI Pro.

Can you help with this situation?
