Bonjour à tous,
WUFI dispose-t-il de données sur la terre ou ce matériau est-il trop complexe pour avoir un modèle de simulation pertinent ?

Dear Olivir,
we will include soil materilas in our next database. The release will be probably end of November.
Meanwhile see this:
---
Kehrer, M., Pallin, S., Harmon, A., Goldberg, L.F.:
Hygrothermal Simulation of Foundations: Part 1, Soil Material Properties

The link needs id and password :/
OK for fondations, but what about adobes and all humid clay materials ?

Hello Olivir,
ups, I did not check that. Please ask google for: "Hygrothermal Simulation of Foundations". There are some papers.
The project is about simulation of foundations in soil, so it is about the data for the soil materials.

Re: Construction en terre
Wow, magic mud.... nope, for that we do not have any values.
Ours are more like the usual soil materials with gravel and clay and so on... That what you get if you bury something in your garden

Re: Construction en terre
Well, in fact, for earth construction, we use the same soil material but there's very different composition which make different realisations according to the proportions of pebbles, gravel, sand, silt and clay.
But, sure your new datas will be a good start, I am waiting for them !

Re: Construction en terre
Maybe you should perform the necessary laboratory tests to get the material data for you magic mud... From this tests you can generate your own material for WUFI.
We have an table about measuring the necessary data:
