Dear,
Are there specific charateristics available for wood fibres to blow-in, such as Gutex Thermofiber ?
Can I use the Thermoroom characteristics and change the density and the thermal conductivity ?

we do not have wood fibre for blowing in the database.
You can change the Thermoroom characteristics, but with the change of the density you also should adapt the moisture storage function. You can do that proportional to the change of the density.
And by changing the thermal conductivity you have to change the table of the "thermal conductivity, moisture dependent", not only the dry value in the basic parameters.
