WUFI Passive 3 Free blocked by Norton

When I extracted the Passive 3 Free files my Norton Security software blocked and removed the files with a notice that the files included WS.Reputation.1 a known network threat.

Please let me know if you can correct that and allow me to download a threat-free file.
