"WUFIPlus has stopped working" error when importing from sketchup

Hi, I'm trying out the free WUFI passive with windows 7 and am unable to import from sketchup. It imports the geometry and I see the little progress bar fill up and then WUFI crashes with an error message saying "WUFIPlus has stopped working" and that "Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" As yet, Windows has not told me of a solution so I'm turning to you!

Do you have defined the zones and components for WUFI Passive within Sketch Up, like explained in the user manual https://wufi.de/de/wp-content/uploads/s ... _klein.pdf page 109ff ?

Have you tried to export the geometry directly, or have you saved the geometry as .wps file and opend this file in WUFI Passive? Which sketchup version are you using?
Please send the sketchup file including this information to our support e-mail adress. Then we might can reproduce the error.
