Construction Database & units of measure
I don't seem to be able to figure out how to change my units of measure to inches when I am adding a new wall construction to a catalog - it always seems to be in metric no matter what I do - please tell me what I'm doing wrong, thanks!
Respectfully,
Michael Hurd

Yes, this looks like a bug and you are doing nothing wrong.
The only way seems to be to correct the thickness to the appropriate value after inserting to the assembly.
