climate data in minute interval

I would like to set climate data in minute interval, not hourly.
Is it possible?

Yes this is possible, but only if you create a .KLI file. This can also be done with the Excel spread sheet. The only disadvantage: Radiation and Rain are already calculated to the surface. So this must be done by the user before.
