WUFI2D 4.1 crashes when to set climate

Hi,

I am running Windows 10 on a Dell Inspiration 7590 and have been running WUFI2D 4.1 with a few crashing incidents. Everytime the program would crash immediately when pressing the "set climate". Also I met this crash with the sample file. I have tried reinstalling but this has no fixed the issue.

Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot the problem?

Hi Christian,

May be not the right forum to post this but I have a similar issue with WUFI6. Everytime I click on the 'set climate' tab, WUFI automatically crashes. This seems to be the case with existing files as well as new ones.

I have been using WUFI on the same system for a while now, but this is the first time I am experiencing this. Your help to resolve this would be much appreciated!
