WUFI 6.2 Crashing Unexpectedly and now will no longer open at all

Hi,

I am running Windows 10 on a Dell Precision 5510 and have been running WUFI 6.2 with only a few crashing incidents. Occasionally the program would crash unexpectedly when loading a weather file .epw from a local directory. How WUFI 6.2 will not open at all. The splash page appears for a brief few seconds and this disappears. I have tried reinstalling but this has no fixed the issue.

Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot the problem?

Hello,
I am having the same issue with WUFI 6.1 and 6.2 crashing immediately after I click the button to set outdoor climate. I have reinstalled versions 6.1 and 6.2 with no resolution.
Is there a way to resolve this issue?

please try to install the latest version first (WUFI Pro 6.3).

Hi,

I have the same issue with WUFI crashing every time I click the 'set climate' button. I am using WUFI Pro 6.3. I have been on this version of WUFI for a while now and this is the first time I am facing this issue.

Any assistance to resolve this would be great.

I am still looking for assistance with the above. I have already tried the following with no luck:
- uninstalled and reinstalled Wufi Pro 6.3
- installed Wufi Pro 6.5

Would appreciate your quick assistance to resolve this.
