What is included for climate data?

I have installed 3.2.0.1 and selected a location from the map database and expected to see all fields filled out, including those on the climate tab but only a couple fields on the Localization tab are filled in. (5 parameters, all ground info, no space conditioning data)

What is supposed to be included with this database? Am I required to purchase a PHIUS membership to get assess to the data above on top of my purchase of WUFI Passive Pro?

For those following, the climate data found on the climate tab doesn't seem to be included with WUFI Passive. I was able to import data into the climate database and the pins show up as yellow. This is significant as the training videos show a similar pin color for locations with climate data (but likely indicated imported data) vs locations which are grey (default).
