Number of WUFI licences

Hello,
Since we have a lot of people changing positions on a regular basis, is there any way to officially find out how many WUFI licenses our company (Saint-Gobain - approximately 160 000 employees worldwide) has and if so, how many are active and who owns them?

You may find it strange, but we are a large company and we don't keep some big database of who has what for this case.

Some new colleagues are interested in the WUFI license, but there is no point in buying it when they can get the license after the colleague who left before them.
