Adiabatic components give off heat

Hello, I am investigating the effects of overcrowded apartments. I am modelling a single 1-zone apartment in a larger building, the apartment will thus have multiple walls and floor/ceiling which have indoor conditions on the other side. For these components I have chosen the exterior condition to be ”Space with the same inner conditions” which is in its description said to be adiabatic. However, when simulating, the ”zone 1” results show that the zone has a significant heat gain from these components.

Is this a bug? Or am I misunderstanding something?
