Hi Fernando,

a function which would allow WUFI to automatically reduce the amount of solar radiation when the sun is behind a user-defined obstacle is on our wish list for WUFI, but there are currently no plans to implement this in the near future.

Currently the only possibility to account for shading is to modify the climate data themselves: for each hour when the sun is behind the obstacle set the direct solar radiation to zero and keep only the diffuse radiation. I have done this for a location in the mountains where a large rock face is shading the facade for some part of the day, but this was a lot of manual work and required writing specialized tools since no adequate general tools exist as yet.
