Can't enter a calculation period / profile

I'm new to WUFI and I've just installed WUFI ORNL 5.0. I've created a new project and case, and I've defined the four components. But I can't create a calculation period / profile. The dialog box doesn't have the New, Delete, Copy, or Insert buttons. It just shows two rows: Start, Profile1, 01/10/2010 and End, Profile2, 01/10/2012, and doesn't allow me to modify these values.

I can run a calculation for this 2-year period but that doesn't let me focus on a winter season. I'm running on Windows XP SP3. Am I missing something basic?
