Water Content/Moisture Content

I am doing the analysis of a roof model in WUFI 1D.

In the results, under "Quick Graph", we can see the "Water Content in Layer". The primary Y-axis shows the water content in kg/m3 while the secondary axis shows water content in M-%.

I just wanted to confirm if M-% on the secondary Y axis is the Moisture Content of that layer.

Yes, depending on the bulk density of that layer.
