Working with geometry (Windows) from sketchup plugin

While opening a model from sketch up plugin, some of the windows that were assigned in the model are shown as opening with now glazing. How would I fix this? I have tried deleting and then redrawing it in sketch up but the problem still remains. Anyone have some insight on this?

If selectable openings are imported in WUFI Plus, you can change the type in the general tab of the component to transparent. You can also set the transparent type already in sketch up, for the windows.
