WUFI 5.3 Download won't work

My I.T. Department is setting up a new computer for me and I asked that they load both WUFI 6.1 and 5.3. 6.1 downloaded ok but they cannot get the old 5.3 to download. Is this no longer available? They type in my information from back when we ordered 5.3 and cannot get the setup to go past entering my info. see attached screen shot. I should add that the two versions were purchased using different naming for Organization.
