WUFI

I am opening a WUFI Bio file from an Isopleth Graph in WUFI Graph (Right click > Export to WUFI Bio).
I can see the climate has been read from the results file which also generates a results graph, but the traffic light is greyed out.
Under "Help" it says my time period is under 1 year if the traffic light is grey. My results file is for 18 months, so I don't think that would apply here. Is there any other reasons why I can't get the traffic light to analyze the result graph?

I have an update. I tried a very simple analysis to troubleshoot WUFI Bio. I am just using the sine graph for climate. In WUFI Bio I can tell it's reading the full climate year. (First Image) When I look at the results, the curves only exist for the first month, which is why the traffic light is confused. Any ideas why this would happen?
