Wufi 4.15 quit running

Mine is a 10/2007 installation of Wufi 4.15. I had to change hard drives recently, and now Wufi will not finish loading, it hangs. I get to the grey bolt on plaque that says Wufi pro 4.1 IBP, and then it will not continue.
I am running Windows 2000 on a PC.

Could it be that a recent windows update is interfering.

I tried a reinstall from the download file I received 10/ 2007, but it does the same thing.

I would like some help getting running again.
