Optimizing Batch Simulations

Hi,

I know WUFI can be run and outputs can be saved using batch commands, but is it possible to also edit the input file through command line to adjust parameters?

I want to use GenOpt to adjust my initial conditions and infiltration rates, in an attempt to calibrate the model with experimental data.

for WUFI Pro it is not possible to change the input data externally.
