Hello,
I was wondering if it is possible to save a WUFI file such that both materials and weather files from the personal database are saved within the .W6P
Cheers,
Mark

WUFI Pro - VTT Add on
Hello, I was curious if the formulas for differential mould growth have been updated within the VTT add one. Currently the Help states that there is an SQ variable , and that there is no k2 variable. The ASHREA 160 formula is slightly different. I would just like to confirm that the newer formula is...

Moisture Storage Function and WVDRF Interpolation
Hello, I was wondering if someone may be able to further explain one phenomenon I am experiencing in WUFI Pro. This has to do with the moisture storage function (MSF). I am looking at the moisture content of wooden cladding which is directly fixed to the structure. I seam to have an issue with exper...

Driving Rain Moisture Source Roof/Wall
Hello, I am trying to simulate rain leakage in both walls and the roof. As recommended by ASHRAE 160 a 1% driving rain leak is placed within the assembly. I have the driving rain set to be calculated by ASHREA standard methods. I have found that both the roof (0 inclination) and the wall (90 inclina...

Moisture Source Export
Hello, I am looking at trying to compare WUFI hourly driving rain data vs field measured hourly rain data, however I am uncertain of the units for the moisture source when exported. I have placed a 1% driving rain leak in the assembly and trying to determine how much moisture has hit the surface usi...

1% Rain Leak vs 5% Rain Leak
Hello, I have a question about some simulations I am completing in WUFI-Pro. I have simulated the a wall in St. John's, Nfld. under ASHRAE Year 1 weather file. I have placed a rain leak in the outer layer of OSB sheathing (I have created five slices of OSB , 1.3 mm, 1.3mm, 1.3mm, 3.6mm, 3.6mm) behin...

Re: WUFI - BIO Plugin Not Functioning in WUFI Pro
I have recently uninstalled WUFI6 Pro and reinstalled it, along with WUFI Bio. It now seems to be working fine. However, I did notice while installing the files that WUFI automatically installs some components of WUFI-Pro to the C:/ drive while other components I was able to specify their location. ...

Hello Sebastian, Thank you for helping out here. I have WUFI Pro - version 6. And I have Bio 3.3. I have a segmented hard-drive as well. I am running wufi pro off of my D:\ harddrive. ASHRAE RP-1325 - Year Selection
Hello, I would like some clarification on the use of the ASHRAE Weather Files from the RP-1325. There are 3 selections within WUFI. Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3. Does Year 1 - represent the "design" climate file as recommended by ASHRAE RP-1325? Or does year 1 represent the most severe moist...
